We warmly invite you to take part in the Sport for All (Hřeje mě pohyb) annual charity event happening on 14 April from 14:00-18:00. Sport for All is a community sports and charity initiative that brings together students, staff, and the wider public.
During the event, you will also have the opportunity to visit the BALANCE project booth.
Second In-Person Partner Meeting in Kajaani
In March 2026, partners of the BALANCE project gathered in Kajaani, Finland, for the second in-person meeting.
The two-day programme focused on finalising research activities and preparing the transition to the next project phases, while further strengthening cooperation within the consortium.
First In-Person Partner Meeting of the BALANCE Project in Prague
In December 2025, the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport at Charles University hosted the first in-person meeting of the Erasmus+ project BALANCE, bringing together partners from across Europe.
Over two days, representatives of eight universities worked together on reviewing progress, planning upcoming activities, and discussing student involvement in the project. The meeting also provided space for sharing experiences and strengthening collaboration for the next phase of the project.
BALANCE Project Begins This September
After months of fruitful collaboration, we’re excited to announce that the BALANCE project will officially launch on September 1st with an online kick-off meeting bringing together all partner institutions. For the past three months, our teams have been meeting regularly in online sessions to co-create, plan, and align our shared vision.

Our Project Receives EU Funding Support!
We are thrilled to announce that our international consortium has successfully secured funding from the Erasmus+ Programme, Key Action 2 – Youth Sector. This exciting milestone marks the official launch of a new project that puts healthy habits, inclusion, and European values at its core.

The BALANCE project is guided by three goals. Each goal shapes the project’s vision and contributes to lasting impact across Europe. These goals are supported by specific objectives and activities, ensuring a comprehensive and meaningful approach to promoting healthy lifestyles among young people.
